A Professional Development Experience

Know Your Story.Own Your Growth.

A two-hour working session that turns your people's real accomplishments into the language, relationships, and asks that move careers forward. Built for ERGs, women's networks, and teams navigating review and promotion season.

Why It Matters

Your best people are often your best-kept secret.

In most organizations, the people doing the strongest work are the least able to describe it. They advocate brilliantly for their teams and their projects, then go quiet the moment the subject is themselves.

This is not a confidence problem. It is a translation problem, and it is expensive. It shows up in stalled promotions, in calibration rooms where good work goes unnamed, in talented people who quietly conclude they are not seen and start looking elsewhere.

Know Your Story closes that gap in a single afternoon. Participants leave able to name their impact, map the relationships that advance them, and walk into their next manager conversation with something specific to say.

You do not need your people to become louder. You need their contribution to be easier to understand.

The RHOE Approach

Led by Wyneisha Huntt — over 10 years in inclusion and culture strategy, an M.Div., and a proven record of helping people lead with clarity and authenticity. Most recently delivered for the women's ERG at Hinge.

What Participants Leave With

Not inspiration. Language they can use next week.

Every participant walks out with their accomplishments translated into a real leadership story, a manager conversation prepared and practiced, a map of who advocates for them in rooms they're not in, and one concrete next step — plus a workbook to carry it forward.

The Framework

One method. Four moves.

The workshop runs on a single reflective framework that participants carry with them into every future conversation. It begins with reflection, not a script — which is what elevates it from a career-tactics session into genuine development.

A note on budgets. Many organizations fund this work through professional development, DEI, or L&D budgets, and some can sponsor follow-on 1:1 coaching for participants. RHOE provides the documentation your team needs. Final pricing reflects format, audience size, location, and whether the engagement is a single session or an ongoing program.

Most career workshops jump straight to “here's how to talk about yourself.” This one begins with reflection, so people don't learn a script. They uncover their evidence, interpret it, and communicate it with intention.
