About RHOE Strategies

The story behind
the work.

RHOE Strategies was built from a personal pivot — and a conviction that ambitious women deserve more than a résumé refresh when they're ready to lead differently.

Meet the Founder

Wyneisha Huntt —
Strategist. Educator. Guide.

I'm Wyneisha D. Huntt, and I work at the place where leadership, identity, and belonging meet. Whether I'm in a law firm, a classroom, or a room full of women ready for something more, the work is always the same: helping people find their footing and lead from who they actually are.

I've spent over a decade in legal operations and culture strategy, working with attorneys in top-tier law firms on everything from mentorship and professional development to integration and engagement. I care deeply about the human side of organizations and what it takes for people to feel seen and supported in the places where they spend most of their lives.

I'm also a high school educator and school culture coordinator. That work keeps me grounded. Every day I get to sit with young people who are figuring out who they are, and I don't take that lightly. I bring the same care to the women I work with through RHOE.

I've had the privilege of presenting on inclusion and belonging to faith-based organizations, nonprofits, and schools. These conversations remind me that the need to be known and valued runs through every community, every season of life.

I hold a B.A. from NYU and a Master of Divinity from New York Theological Seminary. That formation shapes everything. It's why I believe leadership development has to go deeper than skills. It has to touch identity, purpose, and the story you carry. That's what RHOE is built on, and I'd love for you to be a part of it.

Our Story

Born from a moment of questioning.

RHOE Strategies was founded on a simple but honest truth: the most important development work is the kind that goes deeper than skills. It touches identity, narrative, and the story you carry.

After reaching my own career pivot, I found myself asking the questions that do not have quick résumé answers. What are my values? Where do I want to go? Who am I, really, and how do I say that out loud? Although the job postings were plenty, the support I needed to strategize where I was going next based on who I am today did not exist. So I built it.

RHOE is a word that means flow, or to run — moving forward with purpose, not force. That is what we help people do: learn who you are, write your own story, and run into where you are meant to be next.

What RHOE is built on

IdentityYour leadership must be rooted in who you actually are.
